RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

  • returns/exchanges will ONLY be honored if you received the item DAMAGED. Please contact shopthegmood@gmail.com to get started. 

All returns are subject to inspection. We reserve the right to reject a return if it does not meet our requirements. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. All sales are final. 

Please be sure to double check your address as the gmood is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect, closed, or undeliverable address. If your package cannot be delivered to an incorrect/undeliverable address or business closure and is "returned to sender", the gmood is not responsible for any shipping charges or fees. We're happy to ship your package back to a different address, but you will be asked to cover shipping costs and reshipment in these cases. 

Please be aware that the gmood is not responsible for delayed transit times and damaged products once your order leaves our office. As a small business we are not liable for any missing, damages or stolen packages once your order is shipped. A claim will need to be filed with shipping carrier.
